How much luggage can I carry?
Each traveler is permitted one standard size suitcase (about 28 inches tall and 18 inches wide) and one small piece of hand luggage. Please declare any extra luggage when booking.
Are your transfers wheelchair friendly?
Yes, we offer vehicles that can accommodate wheelchairs. Share your wheelchair’s specs when booking. Extra fees may apply.

How do I book for different numbers of passengers/Groups for arrival and departure?
You’ll need to make separate bookings for each leg of your trip to accommodate the different passenger counts.
Is it possible to arrange a transfer with multiple stops? How about hotel-to-hotel or to a resort not listed?

What if my group has different flight arrivals?
Use the flight number of the last arrival for the booking and ensure everyone else waits at our designated meeting spot. Book departures based on the earliest flight.
What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
We adjust pickup times for private transfers since we track your arrival. If you’re scheduled for a shared shuttle, you might be moved to the next available one.
How long will my driver wait?
Drivers wait 45 minutes from your arrival.
How do I find my Driver?
